Yesterday, I had a number assignments at the Museum of the Rockies in Bozeman, Montana. One of which was to shoot a series of dinosaur videos with Jack Horner, who , from what I am told, is the basis for the main character in Jurassic Park. So that was fun. While there, I was also asked to shoot their new Gecko exhibit. Here are a few of the shots from the geckos.
I had a fun time yesterday shooting a video for a story about the Jeff Bridges and the Governor visiting the YMCA to raise awareness on hunger. You can read Rob Roger’s story here: http://bit.ly/1oL8FBQ

This shot was picked up by AP and in a bunch of papers for the Bison slaughter story.
Our entertainment editor, Jaci Webb, asked me to shoot some pictures of underground artists in Billings. So we gathered as many counter-culture artists that would allow us to take their picture, about 30, and set up a shoot in the bowels of Billings’ oldest theater the Babcock. I am really happy with how the images turned out. Here is a preview of one of the throwaways. I’ll post the series when it publishes.
I shot some photos and video for a Jaci Webb story about the new salsa scene in Billings. There isn’t alot of room in our little video/audio studio, so for the video, I just had the dancers salsa through the newsroom. It ended up being a fun shoot.
Here is the second song from ETHEL and Robert Mirabal’s visit to the studio. If you like string sections are native american flute, then you should definitely check these folks out. They kick ass with their bows.
