I shot these while on a walk around Ballantine with my daughter. A few days ago the irrigation folks performed their annual burning of the brush. I’m pretty sure that they do this so the water flows easier. It was amazing to see how fast the land was beginning to recover, and how much green was already beginning to spring up.
The pick up is one of the many old clunkers we have in the neighbor hood. I thought the light was moderately nice on the grill so I shot it. I think I might go back one morning when the light is not obstructed by a building.
